Summer Reading 2024
- When and where is the summer reading kick-off?
June 7th from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM.
At the Adel Community Stage & Pavilion on the corner of 10th & Main Street.
- Will there be entertainment at the kick-off?
Yes! The morning will include a bounce-house, butterfly tents, a balloon twisting artist, temporary tattoos for kids, popsicles, AND a summer reading sign-up booth. This event is FREE, as always.
- Who can sign up for the summer reading program?
All ages are welcome to participate!
- How do I sign up for summer reading?
Signing up is easy! Just stop by the library and any staff member will be able to help you.
