Reserving a Room

The rooms are available without charge to non-profit groups. The community room is available to the general public and for-profit groups for a fee of $25.00 for 0-4 hours and $50.00 for over 4 hours per day.
- Please call 515-993-3512, email us at apuck@adeliowa.org , or come in to reserve a room.
- Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis with the director or the assistant director. The meeting room may be reserved up to 6 months in advance.
- The community room is available seven days a week from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. The meeting rooms are available during library hours.
- A room request form must be filled out and signed and your rental must be paid 48 hours prior to the use of a room. At that time we will provide you with a key.
- Notify the library 48 hours in advance if your event must be canceled.
- A complete copy of the Meeting Room Policy will be given to you when you return your meeting room request form.
