Meeting Rooms

Supporting individuals of all ages with educational, informational and recreational services.

 Reserve a meeting room:

The library has two Conference Rooms which are available for small group meetings during regular library hours. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. The Community Room is available for larger meetings, community and private events. The Community Room is available without charge to non-profit, educational, cultural, civic, professional, or social enterprises. It is available to for profit enterprises for a fee of $25.00 for 0-3 hours and $50.00 for 3 or more hours. The Community Room may be reserved up to 6 months in advance; for example on July 1st the reservations may be placed for the month of December. The Community Room is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, but is not available on Sundays.

A Meeting Room Request form must be filled out and signed 24 hrs. prior to the first use of the room. At that time the library will provide a copy of the Meeting Room Policy. The person signing the Meeting Room Request form is responsible for cleanup and any damage done in the building. This person is also responsible for picking up the key, locking the library, and returning the key in the library drop box located in the alley. This person must be at least 18 years of age. No group may transfer use of the meeting room to another group. Notify the library at least 48 hours in advance if a meeting must be canceled.
