We hope that everyone has a safe and happy New Year! Just a reminder that the library will close at 3:00 p.m. on New Year’s Eve (Thursday) and will be closed on New Year’s Day(Friday).

Looking for something to do after all the Holiday rush? Check out these activities!

• Family Movie:  Tuesday, Dec. 29th at 1:00 p.m. Popcorn will be served. The movie will be Up.
• Teen Gaming: Wednesday, Dec. 30th at 2:00 p.m. We will have the Wii set up with Mario Cart, Rockband, Wii Sports and others.  There will also be a number of board games available.  Snacks will be provided.

Due to the recent snow storm, we have had to reschedule two library events: 

• The Holiday Party for school age children will now be on Tuesday, December 15th at 4:00 p.m.  We will make a craft, play some games and of course enjoy a yummy snack!
• The Scholastic Book Fair has also been extended for two more days (perfect for Christmas presents and you don’t have to go very far in the snow). It will be open until noon on Tuesday, December 15th.  A percentage of items sold at the book fair will benefit the library.
