A variety of Federal Tax Forms are now available at the Adel Public Library. The State of Iowa has decided to discontinue its distribution of paper tax forms to libraries and therefore these forms will not be available in paper form through the library. Tax forms are available to print online at:

The library does have public access computers available for you to access these forms. Printing costs 10¢ a page.

You may also request paper forms through the state by:

    • Calling: 1-800-532-1531
    • Emailing: IowaTaxForms@Iowa.gov
    • Mailing: Iowa Department of Revenue; P.O. Box 10460; Des Moines IA 50306-0460
